At Just Dump It, we like to keep it simple. Our process starts with a free estimate where we learn about your project and provide a price range to help you budget. From there, we work with you to schedule a convenient time to complete your service. Your friendly team arrives on time and works safely and efficiently, tidying as they go. After final inspection, we determine the final cost based on volume, accept payment, and haul your unwanted items away for donation, recycling, and disposal.

At Just Dump It, we keep it simple all around. We base our junk removal, cleanouts, and demolition prices on the amount of space the stuff takes up in our dumpsters. We provide free estimates and determine the final price after we’ve loaded everything into our truck.

If your junk takes up less space than we predicted, we lower the price. If it takes up more space, the cost is higher.

Projects that take a significant amount of time or specialized equipment, like large demolitions, extensive cleanouts, and specialty item removal cost a bit more than a standard junk removal service.

The only items that cost extra are items that cost more to recycle or dispose of. These items include tires and appliance containing Freon, like refrigerators, freezers, water coolers, and A/Cs. But we explain all that during the initial conversation.

We have provided countless junk removal services over the years so we can estimate most junk jobs with reasonable accuracy.

You cannot put car batteries, furniture polishes, hazardous waste, liquids, propane tanks, recycling, tires, or asbestos in our dumpsters. For specific disposal needs, please contact us for guidance on alternative solutions.
